BASIC is unplugged. At the * prompt, type:
*INSERT 12
*CONFIGURE LANGUAGE 12 (might be *CONFIGURE LANG 12)
then press ctrl-break.
this will get you BASIC back, but other ROMS are also unplugged: you
will need to *INSERT 15, 14, 13 and 9.
Your battery is probably on the way out: type *TIME or PRINT TIME$ and
see if that is correct. If not, replace the battery.
