I can't speak for the Music 500 system, but to play Ample on Music 5000 you
need:
1 BBC or Master
Disk drive
Music 5000
Ample ROM + matching software (i.e. there is a serial number that matches
the ROM to the master disk)
Some kind of 5 pin DIN lead (I didn't make mine up so I'm not sure of the
exact type of lead) and something to plug it into

I'm afraid my Music 5000 is unwell so I haven't been able to use it for a
little while.
