Graphics wise, they are same.  The 2ndP Elite had a Star Wars Credit
sequence (Just load Elite up and wait for it to appear), and also run a
hell of a lot faster, especially during combat!  

Not sure about the sound though, I remember the sound being different on
the Master, than the B version and possibly the 2ndP version.

Gameplay, was no different, it still had the same 2 missions.  However in
the Master version there is a new ship which is not in the manual (Its on
the 2nd screen)  Rumour has it, it has a cloaking generator in its cargo.

In the 2ndP version, it was rumoured there were Thargoid Space Dreagers(sp) -
somewhere :)
