Subject: playing ELITE

Years ago I became Elite but the file got corupted so I had to start 
from scratch. I have been playing elite on my BBCB for 3 months 
now & am only rated as deadly I got 50,000 credits and have been 
around all 7 or 8 galxies. So my question is how the heck do you 
become ELITE cos I forgot how I did it years ago, do you have to 
go to a certain planet in a certain galaxy.
