Subject: CIM and COM USER PORT input/output modules

Final question!

I was given a box of equipment to experiement some years ago with input and
output devices via the BBC's interface port. This includes a easy to connect
light bulbs, electric motors, micro-switches, temperature, light and sound
sensors.

I've got two different types of connector modules:

CIM (I assume meaning "Computer Input Module"), which has a User port
interface, 4 resistors, 4 capacitors and 6x 6-pin Din sockets (like the RGB
socket in layout), labled "A1 A2 A3 A4 D1 D2".

COM ("Computer Output Module"?), which has a TI CHIP "ULN2003AN" dating from
1989, a power in socket, four largeish white box modules "111C, D012-K,
AE1", 1.0 AMP fuse, power connectors "+ve" and "-ve", with 4 sets of red and
black socket connectors for the various output devices.

Does anyone know of any software I could get hold of for this - or how to
use them via a BASIC programme?

Thanks if you can help...

Barrie
