I don't really understand what you mean. 

The combined red, green and blue signals are already available from the
machine's "video out" port as a composite video signal, and this is what is
fed into the RF unit. So by tapping into this all you'd get is the composite
video signal which is already available.

I don't really know what you are trying to achieve. If you want colour
composite video I suggest you try the motherboard modification which another
poster (Keith Gill) has just described.
