Subject: Missing ROMS and DLLs

Issue 1 - The dll files.
Inside my windows directory there are four dlls:
MSVCRT.DLL MSVCRTD.DLL MSVCIRT.DLL and MSVCIRTD.DLL

You'll notice two of them have I's in them. I uploaded the ones with I's,
beebem wants the ones without.

I have re-uploaded the zip file to contain all four files. I have noticed
however (on my installation at least) that if you copy the "with I" files to
their "without I" equivalents, it seems to work.

Issue 2 - Missing ROMS
The thing seems to crash when master128 roms are not present
Temporary workaround: Copy any files to probably one of, if not, all of the
following files:
MOS.ROM TERMINAL.ROM BASIC4.ROM DFS.ROM

Although this will effectively stop the emulator working in Master 128 mode,
it will (for now) allow it to start.

I'm not sure how this bug has appeared, but I will check the code
immediately.
