Subject: Re: BBC Micro EPROM Programmer

Hi,

I've got a home-made eprom programmer that I think came from a magazine
article. I think I built it over 15 years ago and copied it from a school
friend who had already built one. It is on a large piece of vero-board and
connects to the user port and printer port (I think).

The software used to read/verify/program the roms is by beebug (again, I
think). I still have the programmer, but it is in a bad way (not beyond
repair though).

At the time I could not find a piece of vero-board large enough so I screwed
2 smaller bits to a plank! A couple of months ago I happened to come across
a bigger peice and plan to move the components over 'just for fun'.

I can take pictures of the board if anyone is interested. I seem to remember
it consists of 2 IC's and a lot of capacitors and resistors. It's always
been very reliable.

Regards,
Julian.
