Subject: Re: Storing/Retrieving BBC tape programs

Why submit a question if you want to be removed from the list? You won't be
around for the reply?

Ps where did this script virus come from it was not on your previous post
was it deliberate?

Subject: [BBC-Micro] Storing/Retrieving BBC tape programs

I write as someone who's only caught the tail end of the topic, but isn't
the following a possible solution?

Write a program which can interpret BBC audio data and store it as a
standard tape image, and regenerate the audio from stored images for loading
to the BBC directly from the PC's soundcard. Todays processors could do this
real time without breaking sweat.

I gather the first part of this has already been done, and Im sure the
second part wouldn't be too challenging for many of the programmers on this
list.
