Subject: Re: Where's BeebEm?

Richard,
Thanks for the BeebEm program it is really a supper emulator with the extras
Tape emulation & Master support.
The sound is much improved to what is use to be.

I don't know if it is a problem with my PC but if I switch from Window mode
to full Screen mode the emulator exits with no warning, I am using Direct
Draw on & 32 bit DirectDraw on.
I am running DirectX Ver 7.0 on a Celeron 266Mhz PC.
Don't know if anybody else has had this problem with the emulator ?

I also find the keyboard a bit sluggish on the emulator, if you type to fast
it does not pick up the key strokes.

Something I did mention in another e-mail to this group is the emulation of
the VIA's is not 100% as some of the tape images won't load because of
K.E.'s software protection on them.

Regards Peter Van Ek

You might've noticed a lack of updates with BeebEm lately.

Just in case your wondering, its not dead, i haven't given up, its
merely
       snoozing for a bit.

I'm currently doing something with the at present poor page (or two)
that i
currently have, in order to provide more and better information.

I will probably get back to work on BeebEm in a couple of weeks :)
