Subject: Help from a real Electron owner?

For the BBC it is well documented how video addresses > &8000 are handled,
for the Electron it is less so. So I've written, via my emulator, a test
program that scrolls a screen of text (actually a half screen because slow
ROM routines are used where they needn't be - but that is just with respect
to putting the text on screen rather than the scrolling), possibly smoothly
under one interpretation of what the AUG doesn't quite bother to tell you,
and possibly occasionally jumping from side to side under another. And I'd
quite like someone to test it on a real Electron for me? Notice that due to
both timing issues and direct to register writes, it won't work on a BBC.

For reference, it jumps from side to side in the last beta of ElectrEm.

Anyway, the program is available in three forms :

UEF-Tape : http://electrem.emuunlim.com/scroll/scrltape.uef (1.43kb)
ADF : http://electrem.emuunlim.com/scroll/scroll.adf (4.5kb)
Text file for *EXEC'ing : http://electrem.emuunlim.com/scroll/scroll.txt
(2.43kb)

And if anyone has a chance to give it a go, I'll be eternally grateful!
Thanks in advance,

-Thomas
