There are two ways; the old way and the new way.  The old way is to move
the jumper on the 2nd drive so that it uses drive select 1 and I think you
may have to remove a set of terminators from the first drive.

The new way is to get a cable which exchanges the drive selects part way
down the cable; this is what you see on typical PC floppy cables with a
twist in.
