Subject: JPG versus PNG

Not sure if this is worth knowing, but I had a little experience with PNG
which I was quite impressed by.

The subject was a complete 1-file map of Exile (that BBC micro classic)
which when extracted from the zipfile, was a 650K PNG.

Having not used PNG before, I tried converting this to JPG using Paint Shop
Pro 5 - The resultant 27Mb JPG was a *little* too large for my liking :)
