Historically (and I'm going back ten years or more here), it's generally
been considered that not setting replies to go to the list was the right
thing to do.  That's also my personal preference, since my mail client
allows me to "reply to sender" or "reply to list" depending on which
key I press to reply.  Setting a Reply-To header would break that
functionality for anyone that uses it.

That said, if the majority of the list readers wnat it, I'll set it up
and filter my own e-mail to drop that header from my inbound mail from this
list.
