When the message only ever arrives with a From: header as it arrives as
mail, then "Reply To Sender" and "Reply To List" both do the same thing,
as there's only one source indicator.
With a Reply-To: line, then "Reply To Sender" knows it can use the From:
line and "Reply To List" knows it can use the Reply-To line.
