Problem solved! Its working.....
Of course the ADFS 640K format is incompatible with the 8271 DFS. I had to
use Richard A. Averill's ArcDFS (running on the A3010) to format the disc
correctly for the BBC (80 track, double sided, 400kb formatted capacity).
