Subject: Remember that teletext feature/vdu sequence....

Because I'm essentially a sad git, I just implemented the code into BeebEm
(its coming, i swear!) to emulate the "blocky teletext" mode.
when the sequence VDU 23,0,9,9,0;0;0;0;0; is issued, the expected result
will occur :)

What I'm actually TRYING to do, is make Firetrack work properly...
