Subject: ANNOUNCE: New BeebEm download (dont get too excited)

On the downloads page at www.rickynet.net/beebem is a "Replacement EXE" for
V1.35 ONLY.
This has been compiled in Release mode, so on slower machines it should run
faster. This does not replace V1.36b.

V1.4b will be going to my two beta test volunteers as soon as I resolve the
last two beta-version bugs, V1.4-Relase will come soon after.
