You could use an Archimedes of some description with an Ethernet board fitted
to provide the TCP/IP connection, the BBC could then connect to the Econet port. 

You could even use the Archimedes as the Econet File Server. What a convenient
way to share files between BBC and PC environments.

Though presumably the econetted machine with the Internet connection
isn't a Beeb! 

Do you know where the source code can be obtained from? I'd be
interested to have a look.
