The only problem I would have with it is the volume of email. My current
incoming mailbox is over 2MB, and I process hundreds of kB per week. Fitting
that on a Beeb would be hard. I still prefer a text-only interface to email
(VM on emacs; much more configurable and much more secure than anything
Micro$oft has ever produced).
Having said that, I would love to be able to have my beebs as peers on my
home TCP/IP network (currently 2 Linux boxes, 2 Win2K, one Mac and two
Beebs), just for the bizarre satisfaction of being able to ping it from
somewhere else in the world :-)
