Subject: BBC Micro repairs

Is there anyone near Rayleigh in Essex who could repair my two BBC
Micros and their double 5.25 disc drive? I have had kind offers from
people in the north, but I am doubtful about shipping the equipment a
long way. The repair is in connection with a project of some importance,
so I would need some assurance of success, even if it means just one
working computer and one working disc drive.

There are no flames and smoke when I power up, but discs cannot be read.
Some discs may be corrupted, but not all, I think.
