I'm based in the US. If you have problems shipping to the UK, I am prepared
to act as a shipping address, and can either post stuff on to the UK, or
bring it with me and post from there on my next business trip.

Caveat: I am notoriously disorganised, so don't take up this offer if you
want the chips in a short time. If you're prepared to wait a couple of
months, then it may be worth while.
