It's actually called CP/N - Torch's version of CP/M. Instead of being
disk based, the basic OS is contained in ROMs - one in the host machine,
called the MCP ROM; the other ROM is on the Z80 card and is called the
CCCP (command processor) ROM.
If the ROM is fitted in your Master (type *ROMS to check), just type
*MCP to get going.
