If you are using a standard DFS (Acorn, Watford) and using Shift-Break to
run The Sentinel, then it will not work because of the way The Sentinel relocates
in memory. The only way I could get it to work is to bypass !Boot and run
it manually. ie. by typing *Sentnel (or whatever) and pressing Return.

I spend some time recently and ran The Sentinel through my 6502 to 'C' code
routine so I could compile it and get it to run natively. The game really
does use every last bit of memory and needs to relocate itself as low as
possible. It also modifies its own code in places. Needless to say, I gave
up on the conversion because of all this carry on.

Cheers,

Mike.
