Subject: Re: Tony Benn and the BBC

Hi again,

Whilst we're on the subject of (vaguely) left-wing politics, can anyone
confirm whether the Shona McIsaac who worked as a sub-editor at Acorn
User during 1987/8 (and whose departure allegedly had something to do
with her coming to work dressed as a dog - although that might just have
been an Abuser's Diary wheeze) is the same Shona McIsaac I saw flashed
up on telly the other night as the Labour MP for Immingham, Cleethorpes
and Barton?

Not the most obvious of career trajectories, perhaps, but not totally
without interest. What chance of Herman Hauser standing as the LibDem or
Socialist Alliance candidate in my constituency next time around?

Ta,

JY
