Subject: soli update / 1770 dfs mappings?

Update:

managed to get a 2.1 DFS + 2.1ADFS for issue 1 working. Some other
combinations don't work (2.1ADFS+2.0 8271-1770 DFS). I'd like to see
some docs on what works together and what doesn't.

On the whole the solidisk ddfs seems rather flaky to me, with wierd
stuff like accessing drive 0 when pressing break during access to drive
1 (e.g. to cut short annoying waits when it can't read a disk; get that
a lot lately, not sure what causes it), and if there's no floppy in
drive 0 it just keeps accessing the drive.

I meant pin2 = drive sel 0 of course. So if drive 1 is selected, 0 is
not.

While connecting the DFDC a while back I found that

works only with the IC87 lead going to pin 5.

Where can I find which 1770 DDFSes use which locations? (watford mk1,
soli iss.1, Opus DDOS, Acorn and anything else).
