Subject: Can BeebEm run the Speech! ROM?

Thanks everyone for your replies - Much appreciated.

I've got it running thanks to Richard's advice - edit the ROM.cfg file
in notepad to include "SPEECH", then place the ROM image in the BeebFile
folder.

The reason I wanted it to work is to run my old Switch Programmes (Edu7
- at www.8bs.com) as they used to on a real BBC Micro. There is a YES/NO
and Dice programme that used MODE4 (I think) that would only talk if a
SPEECH chip was fitted. Well now it does again. Thanks all!
