and a wire link soldered accross S9.

Yep, it's a plain vanilla BBC B. The only upgrade it appears to have

And thrice Nope :) Though from memory I *think* it's 2.20. I'm rather
suspicious that maybe I've done something wrong fitting the upgrade;
I'll triple check it tonight if I have time.
