Which fileserver?

Acorn Econet Level 1 Fileserver
 - just uses DFS disks, so format to DFS

Acorn Econet Level 2 Fileserver
 - uses a DFS format disk with fileserver filesystem installed onto it -
use DSCMGR to create, see http://www.mdfs.net/Apps/Networking/

Acorn Econet Level 3 Fileserver
 - uses an ADFS format disk, with a fileserver partition in a file on it -
   use, see http://www.mdfs.net/Apps/Networking/

Acorn Filestore
 - unsure, see http://www.heyrick.co.uk/

SJ Research MDFS Fileserver
 - uses 2x80x16x1024 format disks, created using the Format option from
the MDFS utility menu, or see http://www.mdfs.net/Apps/DiskUtils/
