Fixed: B+ shadow RAM access was wrong (fixed Dr Who)
Added: hard reset facility
Added: indication of current window size
Fixed?:        slow Blts on PCs with limited graphics cards/drivers
               (back buffer in system memory if no BLT in driver caps)
Fixed: teeny tiny memory leak

Incidentally you can upgrade your old copy by just unzipping the EXE 
file. This is the only file that has changed.
