If this is the one that plugs in the 1MHz bus its the same one that I have.
Supports 2716 -> 27010 with programming voltages of 12.5, 21 and 25v.

I have the original instructions and EPROM that came with it. Can't
remember the version but it does report "Micron Plus 128k"If you need to
know anything in  a hurry feel free to ask and I'll see
what I can dig out! I use it with a standard model B or a Master 128.
