This list was pre-dated by a BBC-specific list run at York uni, which
dates back to the early 90s if not before.  At that time I believe
there were a fair number of active lists for the different Acorn
products.  Many of them seem to have fallen by the wayside over the
years though.

I'm not averse to people asking about non-BBC machine here, certainly.
I might have a few Atom questions myself once I can get hold of one.
I'm not sure I'd want to change the list name though.
