My *first* language wa 6800 assembler. I built a DREAM 6800 which
was a single board computer designed around the Motorola 6800. Had
a hex keypad. I had to hand assemble my programmes, and key them in in hex.
It had 1K of ROM, 1K of RAM. and a display that did 16 characters by 5
lines.

Ahh, the memories.
