It's not all that toxic, about twice the TLV of methy alcohol. But,
yes, it's certainly open to abuse. However, it's readily available
from all of the electronics suppliers (especially CPC).

Blu-tak creeps, and eventually goes hard and loses its stickyness. A
better solution is a tiny amount of cool-melt glue, or a spot of
Pritt-Stick adhesive. Best of all is a drop of clear contact adhesive
(UHU or Bostik).
