Unlikely.If it's a filing system then it (ought to) implement loading and
saving over the Tube,which involves some prodding at &FEEX.
Looking at my filing systems (RAMFS/DOSFS) my Tube support consists of 33
lines of code - though most of that is autodetection and claim/release
semaphores - the actual data transfer parts are 6 instructions!
The MOS should declare no Tube is available on the Elk so you can probably
ignore it.

As to VIA accesses,dunno.

I'm not sure there was ever an NFS3.60 for the Electron,more likely to be a
version of ANFS,simply because of the timing of release of the Elk,
Sprow.
