Disk Question.

Have my PC in bits on the floor with an old 5 1/2 drive, and can format the
disks to read on my newly aquired BBC B.  As I mentioned before all my
programs are tape based. So I downloaded some 'disk image (*.img) files
thinking I could pop these on a disk and use them instead of loading a
tape...but of course, I can copy the file across but its still going to be a
single *.img file- wont mean much to the BBC will it?

So how do I make this into a useable file for teh BBC?
