Looks to me as if it's an M128 that has been shoehorned into an
"Osborne-1" type luggable (I refrain from using the words 'portable' or
'laptop', because they clearly weren't!) casing. And they couldn't be
used "on the move", as they lacked batteries - but you could (just about)
pick one up and take it with you.
In fact, thinking about it, ISTR someone marketing these things - although
I could be imagining that part...
