Doesn't look like it. I have an E01S+E40S pair here, and the host
adapter board is still inside the E40S unit. It has a daisy-chain
connector for the "FileStore bus", but no obvious way of selecting a
different decode address (unless it's by removing the socketed resistor
packs).

The SCSI board in my E40S is a 227 000 iss 3. It's similar to the iss D
board, but in a smaller form factor: the iss D one looks like it was
designed to stack on top of a 5.25" drive, whereas the iss 3 is
approximately the size of a 3.5" drive and doesn't have the disk drive
power connector.
