The picture shows two Reuters boards.  Each board is essentially a BBC B+
with additional hardware. It mounts vertically in a rack system via one of
the Euro connectors and the socket board plugs into the other Euro
connector.
 
I suppose the next thing to do is get around to powering it up.  I'll do
an IC list and sketch up a block diagram of the system.
