Very nicely documented, especially the adapter to put a 1Mbit EPROM into
the MOS's 28 pin socket - thank you. Was MOS 3.50 an official Acorn
release, and is it available for download anywhere?
I was intrigued by your comment: "v3.20 had the 'CLOSE #0' bug in the
ROMed DFS, which led Acorn to supply later DFS ROM images on floppy
disk." Taking of bugs in the MOS: while working for an Acorn dealer, we
were supplied with several ANFS v4.25 ROMs by Acorn which I was told
were a "bug fix" for the NFS ROMs supplied with Econet modules for the
Master. What other versions of (A)NFS were there?
I've also found a floppy with an image of Dabs' MOS Plus on it. Is
anyone is interested in giving it a go?
