Forgive my lack of knowledge, but what improvements are you thinking of?

Regarding incorporating new features, BeebEm utilises UEF in two ways:

1) Tape loading support which is provided by UEF.DLL, which is 
maintained by Thomas Harte.

2) State Load/Save, implemented within BeebEm as a straight block 
save/detect & load, which doesn't really need any improvement.
