Emulating a standard unexpanded B+ (20k shadow RAM, 12k sideways RAM), as
per the original question, Exile does not offer the enhanced version.  If
sideways RAM banks are 'added' then the enhanced version is offered as
usual.  Sorry if that wasn't clear!
