Fixed: IRQ handling bug (Empire Strikes Back, Brian Jacks, Uridium)
Fixed: disc bug, sorted out *COMPACT on ADFS
Fixed: more full screen problems
Fixed: default refresh rate mistakenly 75Hz

BUG:   Other double density bugs remain:
               Opus CHALLENGER double density mode doesn't work.
               Opus DDOS requires *DENSITY DOUBLE to be specified before
               using DD discs. (Emulation bug.)
