Also consult Acorn Application Note 004: The TUBE - Which contains a 
buttload of useful information, particularly on the wiring interface, 
the data passage block diagrams, and the register/hardware/interrupts 
functionality.

Somewhere on the web (google) is a dump of all the old Acorn docs. You 
can find the application notes on there.
