Well just remember when chucking out any old electrical stuff of any kind -
strip off everything you can before it goes out. I have done that for years
and yes, I have pots of screws and nuts and bolts but it often saves the day
when you are told "they don't make those any more" or the dreaded "that's
imperial - they only do metric now". No, I have never stripped down a beeb
or acorn so, alas, I haven't got any. Now, a 1972 twin tub washing machine
fixing screw for the wash cycle controller, that's another matter!
