Subject: Cumana 68008 second processor & OS-9/68000?

Does anyone know if Cumana's 'UPGRADE' product ever went into
production? 

I've just found a 6-page flyer about it. The hardware sat inside the BBC
case apparently (as with Torch Z80) and consisted of 512KB memory, 68008
CPU at 8MHz, and a SASI drive interface.

Software was a 68000 version of OS/9.

Did it ever actually happen?
