That is bizarre. Do you have more details? There is no reason why xfer should
not word with the ATPL board, in fact I think one of my beebs has one of
those boards (with a few modifications, of course :-). XFer has always worked
fine on that machine. It has no dependencies or knowledge of the ROM board.

Are you sure it isn't some ROM you had plugged into it that was interfering?
What ROMs did you have, and what was PAGE set at?
