Subject: MODE 8

Did anybody ever try (and no doubt modify 1000x ;-)) the MODE 8 in the
Advanced User Guide? I don't know if it's the emulators I'm using
(which produce different results each) but the results are very poor. I
get a kind of double-image effect and only 4 colours available on one
and on the other only two colours available. HIMEM is correct however
as is the 10 column width.
