He is sending to the list (and the person he's replying to), but because 
of the busted list headers it's hard to filter with 100% certainty every 
list post - in this case Andrew is using a To: header of who he's replying 
to and Bcc: the list.

It's *very* annoying, and every time he does it I think "I must get round 
to killfiling him".

I might just give in and filter on [BBC-Micro] in the subject, which is 
never completely ideal.
