One of the other chaps on the list suggested some improvements to the design.
Sometime (ha!) I'll integrate them into the design. I don't think they would
have helped with your problem; they didn't change the program voltage. What
is the program voltage for a 27C128? It should be possible to make it
switchable in the design.
